Funeral Procession for Fallen Officer 
This afternoon there will be a large funeral procession for fallen Richardson Officer David Sherrard traveling thru Sachse on east bound George Bush Freeway. It is expected the procession will pass thru Sachse sometime around 4.00pm. The actual arrival time of the procession could vary significantly. Expect traffic delays in this area as entrance ramps to east bound George Bush will be temporarily blocked as the procession passes. We appreciate your patience as this fallen hero is travelling through our city to his final resting place.
