* The District of Columbia and portions of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, including the following areas, in Maryland, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Central and Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Charles, Frederick, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford, Northwest Howard, Northwest Montgomery, Prince Georges, Southeast Harford, and Southern Baltimore. The District of Columbia. * A slow moving front will lead to multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall continuing at times through this evening. Widespread rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are likely, with localized amounts up to 3 inches possible.

* Heavy rain may lead to flooding of streams and some rivers. High water may also develop in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
