1/31 – A Millstadt Officer stopped a vehicle at East Madison Street and Adderly Drive. The driver was given a written warning. However, it was later learned the driver had lied about his identity in order to avoid being arrested on an outstanding St. Clair County traffic warrant. On February 3rd another Millstadt Officer stopped the same subject, for disobeying a stop sign at South Kossuth Street and East Madison. The subject once again lied about his name. He was taken into custody on the warrant. The suspect, Michael C. Robinette age 26 of Millstadt, was also charged with two counts of Obstructing Identification, Obstructing a Peace Officer, No Valid Driver’s License, and other traffic charges.
