We are currently investigating a drive-by shooting incident in the 34400 block of Ardenwood Blvd near Hwy 84.
At approximately 5:45 pm, a male wearing a black hoodie in a gold sedan drove up and fired a weapon at two males who were outside near a convenience store. One of the men was struck in the foot by a bullet. The suspect vehicle quickly left the scene.
Officers arrived and found multiple shell casings in the area. The male victim did not require transportation to a hospital and the injury is non-life threatening. Officers are currently investigating and at the scene collecting evidence.
This appears to be an isolated and possibly targeted incident. No further information will be released this evening.
