While Lakewood Station deputies were on routine patrol, they located a reported stolen white, Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling south on Graywood Avenue in the city of Lakewood, on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at approximately 4:40 p.m..

The driver of the reported stolen truck failed to yield to sheriff’s deputies as they attempted a felony traffic stop, resulting in a short pursuit. The suspect led deputies in a pursuit, where she failed to stop at a red traffic light and entered the intersection at Clark Avenue and South Street. The suspect collided with a civilian vehicle, rolled over, and impacted five other vehicles.

Two suspects inside the reported stolen vehicle, a female adult driver and male adult passenger, were transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Two occupants from the other six civilian vehicles were also transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.  

No deputies were injured.

The investigation is on-going and there is no additional information at this time.
