* What... mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze are
expected.
* Where... portions of central and northern New Jersey and
southeast Pennsylvania, including the Philadelphia metropolitan
area.
* When... precipitation is expected to begin as snow late tonight
before transitioning to a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain
during or just after the morning commute on Wednesday.
Precipitation should change to rain from southeast to northwest
between 9 and 11 am.
* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions for the
morning commute on Wednesday.
