* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE...St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Motorists should expect travel delays during the morning commute.
