A power outage is temporarily affecting the Oakland Call Center and calls to the normal Call Center phone number are not currently being processed. An alternate number has been established at (510) 238-6000. Please use this number today to report urgent or emergency public maintenance issues. Routine maintenance issues may still be reported at www.oaklandpw.com or through the SeeClickFix mobile app. Service at the Call Center's normal phone number is expected to resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Again, for the rest of today please report any urgent or emergency public maintenance issues to the temporary alternate phone number at (510) 238-6000. Thank you.
