...ANOTHER ROUND OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION TONIGHT... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain expected. The ice will result in difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Total ice accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch are expected. Snowfall amounts should be less than an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Illinois.

* WHEN...Light snow will begin moving into the area early this evening. The precipitation will begin mixing with freezing rain around midnight, before changing to all freezing rain. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
