OSBI Continues Investigation into Weekend Officer-Involved Shooting 
The man shot by a Logan County deputy Sunday afternoon remains at an Oklahoma City hospital. Doctors are treating 44-year-old Jason Kougl for a gunshot wound to his hands. Kougl was holding a knife to his chin when the deputy shot him. The Logan County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI special agents investigate the shooting. Today, agents continue gathering information to add to a report, which agents will give to the district attorney. The DA will determine if the shooting was justified.
