* LOCATIONS...The Piedmonts of North Carolina, South Carolina, and northeast Georgia.
* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less at times.
* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel difficult. Additionally, below-freezing temperatures expected tonight will allow for freezing fog to form, leading to some minor ice accretion possible.
