OWI 4th 
On 02-04-18 at about 1:25pm Officer Katzenmeyer observed three vehicles in the roadway on the Bell Richard Bridge, 1000 S. Crosby Ave. After speaking to a witness, Officer Katzenmeyer determined the truck involved lost control and struck the bridge guardrail. The driver of the truck, Alan Boley, exhibited sings of intoxication and was later arrested for 4th Offense OWI, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Boley was held at the Rock County Jail reference this incident.
