On January 29, 2018, at 12:56 a.m. Deputy Ben Kiesel conducted a traffic stop on a Black 2010 Acura for speeding on US 41 in Fort Branch, Indiana. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Kiesel identified the driver as 21 year old Raul Garcia of Owensboro, Kentucky. During a roadside investigation it was discovered that Mr. Garcia did not possess a valid operator’s license. At that point Mr. Garcia was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Never Receiving a Valid License. He has since posted a $900 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
