Incident: Patchogue Man Killed in One-Car Crash
Location: In front of 539 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley
Date/Time: Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 2:15 a.m.
Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a one-car crash that killed a Patchogue New York man last night.
Ali Gaith was driving a 2006 BMW sedan southbound on William Floyd Parkway when he apparently lost control of his vehicle at approximately 2:15 a.m. on January 29. The BMW struck a utility pole in front of 539 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley, NY. Gaith, 31, of 42 Pearl St., was pronounced at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Medical Examiner.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
