snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Northwest Webster and Northwest Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.
