* Winds...Areas of east to northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph. Isolated gusts to 90 mph in remote locations.
* Timing...Strongest winds into this afternoon...then again late tonight into Monday morning.
* Location...Strongest winds in the coastal foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains...near the mountain ridge tops in the inland valleys in San Diego County...and in the Inland Empire below the Cajon and Banning Passes.
* Visibility...May be reduced in blowing dust at times in the inland valleys and foothills.
* Impacts...The winds will make driving difficult...especially for motorists with high profile vehicles. Watch for broken tree limbs. Isolated property damage.
* Outlook...Winds will begin to decrease in San Bernardino... Orange...and Riverside Counties Monday afternoon...and in San Diego Monday night.
* Reports...Wind reports will be issued regularly during times of high winds available on social media and headlined on the front of the website.
