1/27 – 10:50 a.m. Police received a call of criminal damage to vehicle, that had just occurred at the village park. The victim, who had been in a relationship with the suspect, was following her. An officer located the suspect vehicle and performed a traffic stop on South Jefferson Street. Upon completing the investigation the suspect, Sarah M. Dotson age 19 of O’Fallon, was charged with Criminal Damage to Property.
