1/25 – 1:42 p.m. – Darryl D. Mason, 31of Bellwood, Illinois, arrested and charged with Driving While Suspended. Keshon L. McClinton, 18 of South Roxana, was arrested on a warrant out of Belleville, for Soliciting Without a Permit. Incident occurred during a traffic stop in the first block of West Washington Street.
