1/12 – 10:08 p.m. – Police responded to a disturbance between a male juvenile and his girlfriend. The incident allegedly began at a residence in Waterloo, continued while travelling in a vehicle, then ended at the male juvenile’s residence. There were allegations by the female that the male physically battered her. An Illinois State Police Officer arrived for routine assistance. An investigation was completed, and the report has been forwarded to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
