INCIDENT: SEARCH WARRANT

LOCATION: 11000 Block of Lee Avenue, Adelanto

SUSPECT: Jeremiah Stewart, 19-year-old resident of Adelanto
Isiah Stewart, 18-year-old resident of Adelanto

SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at 11:07pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station served a search warrant in the 11000 block of Lee Avenue, in the City of Adelanto. Deputies found stolen property at the residence from a previous burglary that occurred in the city of Adelanto, .22 caliber ammunition and a .22 caliber revolver.

Jeremiah Stewart and Isiah Stewart were both contacted at the residence. Stewart is an ex-felon, currently on felony probation. He was arrested for possession of stolen property, felon in possession of ammunition and a gun, and was booked at the High Desert Detention Center on $60,000.00 bail and a no bail probation hold.

Isiah Stewart was arrested for possession of stolen property, and was booked at the High Desert Detention Center where he was later released.
