WEAPON VIOLATION: Vehicle crashes after being shot at
On January 26, 2018 at 3:57PM, Middleton Police Officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Napoli Lane for a report of a weapon violation. The original report was that a male had shot at a vehicle causing the vehicle to crash into a light pole. The vehicle was later recovered a short distance from the scene and two individuals associated with the vehicle were identified and interviewed.
Preliminary investigation into this incident has revealed that the weapon used by the suspect was possibly a BB gun. The suspect in this incident was described as a black male with dreads, wearing a light colored sweater, black pants and black shoes. No one was injured in this incident and there is no threat to the public at this time.
