The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is currently on scene at 43 Bruce K Smalls Dr. in Beaufort reference to a Burglary.

Deputies responded to 43 Bruce K Smalls at approximately 8:15 P.M. this evening in reference to two subjects entering the residence. 

The investigation revealed that two African-American males entered the residence while it was occupied.  Once the suspects were confronted by the home owner they fled on foot.

Suspects are described as two African-American males.  One wearing a blue sweat shirt (Hoodie) and black and white checkered pants.  No other description available at this time.

The General Public should expect heavy law enforcement activity in the area. 

There were no weapons observed and there is no known threat to the General Public
