Dense Fog Advisory until 09:00AM Thursday

...Dense Fog Expected Into Thursday Morning... ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM CST THURSDAY... The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect from 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* VISIBILITY...fog is expected to develop quickly this evening. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...In addition to the dense fog reducing visibilities, fog forming on relatively cold surfaces can make roads, sidewalks, and parking lots slippery. Use low beam headlights when traveling this morning.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BUENA VISTA ... CHEROKEE ... CLAY ... DICKINSON ... IDA ... LYON ... O'BRIEN ... OSCEOLA ... PLYMOUTH ... SIOUX ... WOODBURY

Instructions:

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down... use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
