Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the pictured individual in the orange jacket, who was seen shoplifting on video surveillance. The incident occurred at Enmark, 501 Island West Park, Bluffton, SC on 01-08-18 at approximately 0755 hours.
