RPDPS is seeking assistance in locating a potential witness. 
The Rohnert Park Public Safety Investigations Bureau would like to speak with the person who was driving the below vehicle, and was contacted by our officers while parked outside the Public Safety building on City Center Dr. during the incident which occurred on Sunday, 01/14/18, at around 10:40pm.
This individual witnessed the incident and we need to speak with this individual to determine what they saw or heard.
