The next Norco Community Town Hall Meeting, hosted by Norco Horsemen's Association (NHA), will be held tonight, Monday, January 22, at 6:30 p.m. at Nellie Weaver Hall. There are many important topics on the agenda, including presentations on district-based elections, the I-15 Express Lanes and the Hamner Avenue Bridge Project. In addition, the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) will present information on their Community Choice Aggregation Program, which allows cities and counties to aggregate their buying power to secure electrical energy supply contracts on a region-wide basis. All Norco residents are encouraged to attend to hear updates from City staff, regional agencies, and community organizations, and residents will be allowed to ask questions as time allows after each presentation.
