Water service is restored to customers in Moanalua Valley. Customers may resume normal water use, however, the Board of Water Supply encourages area residents to continue to use water for essential need only such as cooking, cleaning, and sanitary needs for the rest of today. Using water sparingly will help the reservoirs to fully recover.
