* WHAT...Snow showers area coming to an end with no significant additional accumulations expected. Black ice will create slippery road conditions this evening into tomorrow morning.
* WHERE...Portions of upstate South Carolina and piedmont North Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any melt water will quickly refreeze this evening, resulting in hazardous driving conditions through tomorrow morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
