Clayton Officials Order Government And Courthouse Delayed Opening (10am) And Schools Will Be Closed 
Due to pending weather conditions, Chairman Jeff Turner has ordered Clayton County government offices to delay opening until 10am tomorrow. The Chairman stated that he will observed the weather conditions at 8am in the morning to determine if any further action is necessary.
Chief Superior Court Judge Geronda Carter stated “The Clayton County Courthouse will observe a delayed opening of 10:00am, consistent with that of other Clayton County Government Offices."
Clayton County School Superintendant Dr. Beasley has ordered Clayton County Schools closed tomorrow.
Clayton County will be under a winter weather warning advisory starting from 5pm today to 7am tomorrow. A wind chill advisory warning will be in effect from 9pm tonight until 1pm tomorrow. See the attached weather report from Clayton County Emergency Management for further details.
