St. Paul Municipal Electric Utility Update. 
City crews completed the installation of a new transformer near house 16. Power has been restore to the houses on Seaview and Seward Streets.
The City applogizes for any inconvience the power interuptions may have caused our customers. The City is working to replace old transformers to prevent future issues with the electrical grid.
