Detectives arrest two suspects for possession of stolen property

INCIDENT: PC 496(A) Possession of Stolen Property
LOCATION: 2nd Street and K Street, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Carlos Rodriguez 28-year-old resident of Redlands
Andre Jackson 45-year-old resident of Colton
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On January 4, 2018, deputies from the Sheriff's Central Station, responded to the 25000 block of 19th Street for an automobile theft. The victim's vehicle was stolen, and had a substantial amount of tools and equipment. Detective Colombi took over the investigation and identified the suspect as Carlos Rodriguez, who is currently on Parole. Colombi received information that Rodriguez was in area of 2nd Street and K Street in San Bernardino. Central Station detectives set up surveillance in the area and observed an additional subject, Andre Jackson, who was walking with Rodriguez, carrying the tools. Detectives arrested both Rodriguez and Jackson for PC 496(A) Possession of Stolen Property, they were booked at the Central Detention Center.
