The NWS has placed Bledsoe Co. under a Winter Weather Advisory From 5 PM CST/ this evening to 3 AM CST/ Saturday.stay weather alert..

Alert:
...A WINTRY MIX EXPECTED LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT...

.A low pressure system will track through the region today into
tonight, bringing a cold front through our area today. Much colder
air will push in behind the front later today and tonight. Rain
will mix with sleet, snow or freezing rain this evening before
transitioning to all snow and then diminishing later tonight. Some
light accumulations of snow and ice will be possible.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM EST /5 PM CST/
THIS EVENING TO 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice
accumulations of a light glaze are possible, with snow amounts
up to 2 inches possible in a few higher elevation areas.

* WHERE...The Cumberland Plateau in East Tennessee.

* WHEN...From 6 PM EST /5 PM CST/ this evening to 4 AM EST /3 AM
CST/ Saturday.
