Missing adult David Earl Rios. Last seen in the area of N. Nicholson Ave. Rios left his residence at 1:30 P.M for a walk. Rios has not returned to his home. Rios suffers from numerous health conditions and is in need of medication. If you see him please contact your local law enforcement agency or contact the Monterey Park Police Department.
