• 29800 (a)(1) PC- Felon possession of a firearm
• 3305 (a) PC- Felon possession of ammunition
• 25400 (c)(2) PC- Possession of a stolen firearm
• 11378 H&S – Possession of a controlled substance for sales

Suspect:

• Miller, Eric, 31 Year Old Covina Resident

Narrative:

On Wednesday, January 10th, 2018, around 3:00 PM, members of the Pomona Police Department's Major Crimes Task Force (MCTF) served a search warrant at 929 W. Holt Av. “Pomona Inn motel”, in the City of Pomona. During a search of the location, Officers located a loaded firearm, several live ammunition rounds, and large quantities of suspected narcotics.

Additional evidence located during the search identified one of the occupants Eric Miller as the suspect. Miller also had an active outstanding warrant for 29800 (a)(1) PC, Felon possession of a firearm. As a result of the items recovered during the search warrant, Miller was placed under arrest on suspicion of;

• 11370.1 H&S-  Possession of narcotics while armed with a firearm
• 29800 (a)(1) PC- Felon possession of a firearm
• 3305 (a) PC- Felon possession of ammunition
• 25400 (c)(2) PC- Possession of a stolen firearm
• 11378 H&S – Possession of a controlled substance for sales

 

• Miller was booked at the Pomona City Jail.
