Press Release: Railroad Flat Man Arrested On Methamphetamine Sales Related Charges 
(RAILROAD FLAT, CA) On 1-04-18 Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Investigators served a search warrant at a mobile home located in the 1400 block of Railroad Flat Road, Railroad Flat. At this location deputies seized methamphetamine and paraphernalia indicative of drug sales as well as several thousand dollars cash. The sole occupant of the house during service of the warrant was arrested on various drug related charges. Michael Miller (age 61 of Railroad Flat) was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on $40,000 bail for the following charges:
11377H&S – Possession of Methamphetamine
11378H&S – Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale
11359H&S – Possession of Marijuana for Sale
11366H&S – Maintaining a place for the purpose of unlawfully selling, giving away, or using any controlled substance (commonly known as “operating a drug house”)
11364H&S – Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia
4060B&P – Illegal Possession of Doctor Prescribed Controlled Substance
