6pm Storm Update. Plowing continues overnight. Schools closed on Friday. Recycling pickup moved to Sunday. 
6:00PM STORM UPDATE
Roads still covered by blowing snow and travel is hazardous.
Plowing will continue during the overnight hours. Move all cars off the roadways to make curb to curb plowing more efficient.
DO NOT BLOW SNOW INTO THE ROADS. This makes plowing difficult and creates drifts that are hard for drivers to negotiate.
Temperatures will plummet over night, dangerous wind chills will remain over the next two days. Stay inside if possible.
Recycling.... MCIA announces that Thursday and Friday’s curbside recycling will be rescheduled for this Sunday 1/07/18.
Monroe Township Schools will be closed on Friday.
