Enforcement of 2018 Overnight Parking Regulations will begin on Wednesday, January 3rd at 3 a.m. Vehicles parked on City streets without a valid 2018 Overnight Parking Permit will be issued a citation. 2018 Annual Overnight Parking Permits can be purchased at City Hall, 5220 Santa Ana Street, Monday – Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 1, 2018)
 
Please get your 2018 Parking Permits today (Thursday, December 28, 2017) or Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in order to avoid being cited.
 
There are no changes to policies or pricing. Below is a brief summary of pricing and policies:

• No Parking on all City streets on Mondays from 12a.m. - 7a.m. (permits not allowed)
• No parking on all City streets (except by permit) on Tuesday – Sunday from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.
• Overnight Parking Permits can be purchased at City Hall, Monday – Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Annual permits are valid January 1st, 2018 - December 31st, 2018.
• Cost of 2018 annual permit is $90.
• If you are renewing an existing parking permit or applying for a new permit, the registered owner of the vehicle must be present while obtaining the permit.
• The following documents are required for obtaining a permit:
  • Registration of the vehicle (with Cudahy address)
  • ID of the vehicle owner (vehicle owner must be present)
  • Proof of residence (any of the following documents will be accepted)
    • Utility bill
    • Rent contract
    • Bank statement
