#006 Possession of Stolen Property, Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia and Probation Violations
Officer Miller and FTO Franchi stopped a 37 year old adult male on the railroad tracks near Ford Lane. The male was found to be on post-release community supervision for possession of stolen property and probation for resisting arrest. The male initially refused to stop and comply with commands, but he was detained without incident. In his possession, the male had a laptop that did not belong to him, a baggie of methamphetamine and a pipe. He was booked for his on-view charges and attempts to locate the owner of the computer are being made.
#002 Battery
Officers responded to an address on Mission Blvd after an intoxicated male battered his adult daughter. Officers had been out to the same residence the previous night for a disturbance. Officer Latimer arrested the adult male for battery.
#005 Resisting Arrest, Warrant and Mental Health Evaluation
Several reporting parties called to advise that an adult female was standing in the middle of the roadway at Auto Mall Pkwy and Fremont Blvd. The community members attempted to get her to move but she refused. When officers arrived, they too attempted to get her out of the roadway, however she decided to fight. She was detained and found to have a misdemeanor warrant. She was placed on a mental health hold and will also be charged with resisting arrest.
