Wind Chill Warning until 12:00PM Thursday

...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. The dangerously cold wind chills will cause frostbite and even hypothermia. Expect wind chills to range from 20 below zero to 35 below zero tonight.

* WHERE...Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Sullivan Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a potentially dangerous situation for those venturing outdoors. Consider staying indoors if at all possible overnight unless it is an emergency. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frost bite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
