Warming Center Available 
The American Red Cross is setting up a warming center at the Christian Life Center located on the corner of North 4th Street and North Will Street in Shelbyville due to the power outage affecting Shelby Electric Cooperative customers. Center will be available at 10:30 pm until power is restored.
