* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch, with localized amounts up to 4 inches, and ice accumulations of around one tenth are expected. Snow levels will rise above the Coast Range passes by late Sunday afternoon and temperatures will rise above freezing.
* WHERE...Coast Range of Northwest Oregon.
* WHEN...8 AM to 4 PM Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and ice may cause difficult travel conditions.
