UPDATE - Newark Police Announce that Missing 11-Year Old Has Been Located 
Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose announces that 11-year old missing Newark boy, Jaylian A. Marsh, has been located.
Jaylian was reported missing yesterday after having last been seen on Saturday at 10:30 p.m. He was located in Montclair and is safe and unharmed.
Director Ambrose is urging anyone with information about any criminal or suspicious activity to call the Department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477) or the Newark Police Special Victims Unit at (973) 733-7273.
