On 12-16-17 at 9:09 p.m. Officer Mikkelsen stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Center/Riverside after observing it cross the centerline, and violate a traffic control signal. The operator of the vehicle was suspected of operating the vehicle while intoxicated, and was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. Additionally, a passenger in the vehicle was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
