HCSO Child Abuse Investigators Arrest Man for Sexual Assault. 
On Saturday, December 16, 2107, Harris County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Unit investigators arrested 27-year-old Brandon Ramirez an employee of the Houston Fire Department for sexual assault of a child 14-17.
Investigators say that Ramirez initiated an online conversation using a chat application with a juvenile female.
He began sending pictures and videos of himself to the juvenile that were sexually explicit.
After weeks of conversations and video chats, the two met in person, where he and the juvenile had a sexual encounter.
The juvenile female made an outcry statement and HCSO Child Abuse began their investigation.
Ramirez is scheduled for a court appearance on Monday, December 18, 2107, in Harris County District Court 262.
