| Narrative: |
On 12/08/2017 at about 9:35 PM, units from the Fillmore Police Station responded to an injury traffic collision at the above location. Mariela Desantiago was driving her vehicle westbound on River Street in the east bound lane. Adair Zacarias was driving his vehicle eastbound on River Street. Mariela’s vehicle collided into Zacarias’ vehicle causing her to collide into an unoccupied parked vehicle.
After this collision Mariela attempted to flee the scene of the collision by continuing westbound on River Street. Mariela was unable to control her vehicle and collided into a second unoccupied parked vehicle which caused her to collide into the front of a private residence on River Street.
Mariela showed symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and was ultimately arrested for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and for hit and run.
