In November and December of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued three arrest warrants for Joey Elgin Rollins. One warrant is for the charges of possession of marijuana and false informing. Another warrant is for the charges of possession of a narcotic drug and possession of a controlled substance. The third warrant for Rollins out of Superior Court 4 is for the charges of possession of methamphetamine, dealing in marijuana, and two counts of possession of marijuana. Tippecanoe County Superior Court 5 also issued two arrest warrants for Rollins for the charges of trespass and false informing.
