According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Kevin W. Spaulding will be moving to the Lannon Stone Motel at 1524 E. Racine St., Janesville, WI on or about December 18, 2017.

Spaulding was convicted of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on September 4, 2007, First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on December 8, 1993, and Third Degree Sexual Assault on February 9, 1990.

While placed at 1524 E. Racine St, Janesville, WI, conditions of Spaulding’s supervision include, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.

Notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
