Sheriff Victor Hill Is Asking For Help From The Community To Assist Apartment Fire Victims
Yesterday, Ashwood Ridge Apartments had a fire that burned an apartment building completely down leaving 65 families homeless. These families now have nothing, and Sheriff Victor Hill is asking everyone who can to help. “I cannot think of something better to do during this Christmas season of giving than to help these displaced families during their time of need” said the Sheriff when he authorized us to put out this alert.
Any donations to help get these families get back on their feet from clothes to Christmas toys for their kids can be dropped off at the Ashwood Ridge Apartment office located at 276 Upper RIverdale Rd. Jonesboro Ga. 30236. The Apartment Manager Tricia Grier can be reached at 770-991-2117 for any questions concerning the exact needs of the displaced families.
