Wind Advisory until 04:00PM 
...Strong southwest winds expected over northern portions of the Midsouth today... ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 4 PM CST this afternoon.
* WINDS...southwest through west at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
* TIMING...from 10 am CST this morning through 4 pm CST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Loose objects will be vulnerable to damage from the winds...especially outdoor seasonal decorations. Driving will also be difficult...especially for high profile vehicles and to travelers on north to south roads.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DUNKLIN ... PEMISCOT
