Weekend road race that will cause traffic congestion and delays in Manchester. 
The Manchester Police Department would like to advise you of an event this up-coming weekend that will cause an increase in traffic congestion and potential delays.
The event is the "Ugly Sweater" 5K that will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at The Foundry on Commercial St at 9:00 AM.
Course:
Exit the north end of Philippe Cote St
North on Commercial St using northbound lane if possible
East on Spring St (runner lane)
North on Canal St
West on Granite St (right lane)
North on Commercial St(second loop)
South on Canal St
West on Granite St (right lane)
North on Commercial St (southbound lanes, west side of traffic island)
West on Phillippe Cote St (south entrance)
Portions of Commercial St, Spring St and Canal St will be closed during this event. Officers will be stationed at intersections to maintain closures and assist motorist to their destinations.
